On this page you can view the water level hydrographs for each year of the simulation period based on the 101-year historical supply sequence. Each coloured line on the graph represents the quarter monthly water levels for a specific year in the 101-year simulation. By viewing the annual hydrograph in this way, it is possible to see the range of levels expected during the 101-year historical supply sequence. Plans that have quite variable water levels from year to year have lines that are more spread out on the graph while plans with a narrower range of water levels will have lines closer together on the graph. This graph is only available for the candidate plans and Plan E. Select a location and a regulation plan and click "View Graph Now!" to see the results.
Note: Water levels are referenced to International Great Lakes Datum of 1985 in metres and feet. Releases are plotted in 10 Cubic Metres per Second or 10,000 Cubic Feet per Second (For example: 7290 m3/s is reported as 729 * 10 m3/s and 270,000 ft3/s is reported as 27 * 10,000ft3/s).
