PLAN RESULTS - DISPROPORTIONATE LOSS

Introduction

In some cases, gains and losses associated with regulation plan evaluations relative to Plan 1958DD were not distributed evenly across interest groups or geographic regions of the study. The Study Board attempted to consider issues of disproportionate loss in their plan selection process. The Plan Results – Disproportionate Loss pages provide a way to look at plan performance for various interests and regions in the study.
