This section provides the environmental ratio scores for the various regulation plans. Ratio values of 1 mean that the plan performance equals that of Plan 1958DD. Ratios greater than 1 indicate improved performance relative to Plan 1958DD while ratios less than 1 indicate reduced performance relative to Plan 1958DD. Ratios that fall within +/- 10% of the 1958DD value are highlighted yellow. Values that fall outside this range are considered to be measurably different from the Plan 1958DD results.
The environmental performance of all plans was evaluated based on the historical supply sequence. In addition, the candidate plans and Plan E (a reference plan) were evaluated using the four 101-year supply sequences selected from the full 50,000-year stochastic supply series.
