PDF Files
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view some of the documents
posted on this website. Links to these documents are indicated
with (PDF format). If you don't have the Adobe Acrobat Reader
on your computer, download it free of charge at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

.zip Files
To speed up download time, we have compressed some files
using WINZIP. Links to these documents are indicated with
(.zip format). To view these documents you will need to install
WINZIP on your computer. How

Downloading files
There are two ways to download a .pdf file on to your own
computer.
When you're at a hyperlink to the .pdf file but haven't
yet opened the file:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer®:
Right-click on the hyperlinked .pdf file name and select
"Save Target As". Then save the document in the
directory of your choice and access the file with the appropriate
application, i.e.: .PDF file with the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Netscape:
Right-click on the hyperlink and select "Save Link
As". Then save the document in the directory of your
choice and access the file with the appropriate application,
i.e.: .PDF file with the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
When you've already opened the .pdf file:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer®: Select "File"
and then "Save As" in your Web browser's toolbar.
Then save the document in the directory of your choice and
access the file with the appropriate application, i.e.:
.PDF file with the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Netscape:
Select "File" and then "Open page" in
your Web browser's toolbar. In the menu box, select "Choose
file" and save the document in the directory of your
choice. Make sure the file specification says "All
types." Access the file appropriate application, i.e.:
.PDF file with the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Keyword Search
Don't want to scroll through a long page or file? Looking
for something specific? To search for text on any Web page,
hit Ctrl+F. A window will appear and you can enter the text
you wish to search for.
